Over the last 10 years we have worked with a range of football clubs in the Ireland and the UK.
Requirements vary from simple online registrations, fundraising and payment of junior subs for our smaller clubs, through to comprehensive projects spanning all our solutions - Membership Management, Members Cloud & App, EPOS tills & Stock Control, e-shop and Access Control.
Popular features developed for Football clubs also included scanning of our cards at turnstiles - season ticket membership card holders were not charged while membership cards of other members would have an entry fee deducted from their Smart balance. More recently, QR code scanning in our App can be used for event management and ticketing.
Our Smart Club Cloud is much more than an online payment processing platform. We continue to expand the original online payment capabilities for Members with enhanced features of benefit to both Clubs and Members.
Such features include online member registration, online invoicing and payment processing, monthly payment options, GDPR management, communications by email and text message, membership management for families, contact directories and secure areas for members only documentation.
Our Smart EPoS solution provides all the features expected of a modern touchscreen Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system, in addition to a back office audit trail and real-time stock control.
Member Smart Card integration includes the option of pre-payment and discount facilities, with members able to top-up card balances online in the Smart Club cloud.
Our Smart Access control solution, based on contactless proximity technology and Smart Card or Smart Fob activation, enables Club Management to grant member-only automated access to certain areas of the club’s grounds or premises.
The same Smart Card can then be used to make purchases on the club’s premises with all card activity recorded in the central Smart Membership system. All members are allocated a Smart Card or proximity keyfob to gain access to areas relevant to their profile within the club’s central Smart Membership system.
