Our Smart Club App and Cloud offers many features and benefits detailed above, helping clubs to streamline and optimise operations for their management, administrators, volunteers and coaches, while delivering valuable services to their members.
The App makes life easier for club members and management, while delivering efficiencies across communications, payment processing, member participation, reporting, promoting, selling online and much more. It becomes a 'go to' for members and helps clubs build community and loyalty.
The App is available for members to download on .... and once verified with username and password can be accessed via biometric login.
Members can also access the Cloud on their desktop and login to access similar content as the App, with the exception of links and unique content which clubs may assign as App-only.
Clubs can enable new members to join online, offering a range of category or membership options as well as upfront and monthly payment plans.
A 'Head of Family' can also add other linked family members such as a spouse or children so that they can also manage the profile for those individuals, pay their invoices online, book them into relevant events and more.
Profile management also enables the member to update your contact information, manage mandates and communication preferences, and opt-in to the club contact directory.
Relevant sector specific fields may also be displayed such as ability to manage your boats with our Yacht Club customers.
Members can easily view any outstanding invoices and process payment of those invoices online. They can also view historic invoices and payment details.
A member can also view their current club card balance and process a top-up payment for use at our EPOS tills as well as access and lighting control.
Heads of family are also able to pay invoices and top-up the clubcard accounts of any linked family members.
A recent feature which has been well received is the ability for members to transfer funds from their smart club account to other member smart accounts. This has been welcomed for scenarios such as sharing the cost of booking courts, splitting bills after a visit to a club bar or restaurant, etc.

For some of these event bookings a virtual ticket can be generated which can then be scanned in our App for entry and to record attendance.

If a member would like to share their contact details with other members in order to arrange matches or organise crews then they may opt-in to a contact directory which is only accessible by club members.
