The App is available for members to download on .... and once verified with username and password can be accessed via biometric login.
Members can also access the Cloud on their desktop and login to access similar content as the App, with the exception of links and unique content which clubs may assign as App-only.
The Cloud Control panel enables managers to remove much of the admin burden associated with club registrations, updating of membership information and maintaining an up-to-date database by transferring much of that responsibility to the member. Club managers are able to:
> Setup registration pages for members to join online
> Setup categories, varying price levels
> Enable upfront payments and monthly payment plans
> Set family discounts and more
> Enable members to update their own profiles such as change of address or change of mobile phone number
All information updates the club's central membership database
Any invoices issued by Managers through the Smart Membership database can be viewed by members and paid online. Such payments are automatically allocated in the database and marked up as paid.
Similarly, members can top-up their smart card club account online or in the App, reducing admin time in the office or at the point-of-sale.
Managers are also able to setup booking for training events, social events, courts and facilities, promotions and fundraising activities, with straightforward member purchase options and efficient payment processing.

Of course, extensive itemised reports are available on all online transactions.
Club Managers are able to delegate to other staff, volunteers, team managers and coaches, setting such individuals up with permissions to access and manage their own sets of members and players.
So within the wider the App and Cloud, such coaches and event owners can communicate with their own members, move players to different levels, control booking rights when setting up classes and events, and much more.
Again, this functionality helps optimise club operations, delivering efficient processes and reducing management time.
Our Smart Membership database enables club management to send emails, invoices, letters and SMS text messages, along with filters to tailor such communications to the individual level, group, team or club-wide.
Integration with MailChimp also introduces the opportunity to send newsletters to specific groups.
In addition to this our App & Cloud enables managers, team managers and coaches to send emails to specific groups while push notifications can be used to highlight important notices.
News items and policies can also be easily published and viewed in the App & Cloud.
